Company terms and waiver shall be signed before boarding. VII. PRIVATE BOAT RENTAL The Company offers exclusive boat rental for private events (e.g., birthdays, corporate events, weddings). Rental is subject to a custom offer and individual agreement. Requests may be submitted via GetMyBoat platform. The Company provides a professional crew during all rentals to ensure safe operation. Rental terms such as date, duration, fees, catering, and optional services are always subject to individual negotiation and shall be detailed in a separate agreement. VIII. HAND LUGGAGE Passengers may bring one piece of hand luggage per person, not exceeding 60 cm in size and 10 kg in weight. Luggage must not obstruct boarding, disembarkation, or onboard movement. Permitted items include: • small bags, backpacks, • baby strollers, umbrellas. Not permitted: • bicycles, scooters, • large suitcases or travel baggage. Luggage must be stored according to the instructions of the crew. The Company is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. IX. ANIMAL TRANSPORT Animals are not generally permitted aboard, with the following exceptions: • guide dogs for visually impaired persons, • assistance dogs for people with reduced mobility, • official service dogs (e.g., police dogs on duty). In all permitted cases, the animal must be leashed and muzzled at all times. The owner is fully liable for any damage caused by the animal. X. ONBOARD CATERING Catering services are available on board and vary depending on the program type. • Beverages: may be included or available for purchase. • Meals: a seated dinner is provided for certain programs. Menu options and drink packages available upon request. Bringing your own food or beverages is strictly prohibited, unless specifically permitted by individual agreement. If the Customer intends to serve externally sourced food or beverages, it must be approved by the Company in writing. Such approval does not extend to any warranty or liability for the quality or safety of those items. XI. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND EXCLUSION Only Passengers with valid bookings are allowed to board and participate. Restrictions and Grounds for Exclusion: The following individuals may be denied boarding or excluded from the cruise: • anyone arriving in a state of severe intoxication impairing judgment, • individuals behaving disruptively or offensively, • persons suffering from infectious diseases, • anyone who endangers the safety of navigation, other passengers, the crew, or the vessel, • persons failing to comply with onboard conduct rules, • those with invalid tickets or unable to present proof of purchase, • individuals whose clothing or belongings may soil or contaminate the vessel or others’ belongings. After the cruise has begun, the captain is entitled to disembark the Passenger at the next available port if any of the above apply. Passengers incapable of self-care and children under 14 may only travel with an accompanying adult. Boarding without a companion is deemed declaration that the person is 14 or older. In case of illness or injury during the trip, the Company shall transport the Passenger to the nearest port to receive medical assistance. Passengers under 18 may not be served alcohol. The crew may verify age using official documents. If infectious disease is suspected, the Passenger may be isolated from others if possible. Passengers excluded due to their own behavior are not entitled to a refund. The Company may refuse boarding if the number of Passengers has reached the maximum authorized capacity or the safe limit determined by the Company. XII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Company reserves the right to: • modify the program duration, route, or vessel, • cancel any cruise due to weather conditions or technical reasons. In such cases, the Company will: • reschedule the Passenger’s booking to the next available date, or • issue a gift certificate valid for 12 months, at the Passenger’s choice. In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather, no additional compensation shall be payable. The Company’s liability for any damages is limited to 100% of the paid ticket price. Audio and video recordings may be made on the ships and in the port area for security or marketing purposes. The Company’s Privacy Policy is available as a separate document, will be sent once booking is confirmed. XIII. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PASSENGERS Passengers with valid bookings are entitled to use the Company’s services and onboard facilities. Passengers are obliged to: • arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time, • present their ticket or confirmation, • follow all instructions of the crew and captain, • behave in a cooperative and respectful manner, • refrain from any behavior that disturbs the service or other passengers. In the port and onboard, Passengers may only enter designated areas. Persons excluded from travel, or those carrying prohibited items, may not enter. Strictly prohibited: • disturbing or harassing crew or passengers, • smoking in undesignated areas, especially inside enclosed cabins or restrooms, • polluting, damaging, or contaminating the vessel or port, • leaning out of windows, jumping into the water or threatening to do so, • pushing or encouraging others to jump into the water, • endangering oneself or others in any way. Such actions may lead to police intervention, fines, and a contractual penalty of EUR 5,000 payable to the Company. This shall be converted into HUF based on the MNB daily exchange rate. In the event of a nautical incident or accident, the Passenger must follow all safety instructions. The Company is not obligated to provide the service if the Passenger arrives late, fails to present a valid ticket, or obstructs departure. Passengers must comply with all applicable Hungarian laws and navigation regulations. Any costs or damages arising from non-compliance shall be borne by the Passenger. Minors: • Children under 14 years may only travel with an adult escort. • Persons under 18 years may not be served alcohol. The crew is entitled to request proof of age. Passengers suspected of having an infectious disease may be isolated, and sick or injured passengers may be disembarked at the nearest port to receive medical assistance. XIV. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY The Company undertakes to: • provide the service at the announced time and location, • operate the vessel in a safe and seaworthy condition, • enforce safety rules during navigation, • respond to passenger complaints within the legal deadline, • publish all relevant passenger information on its website. The Company reserves the right to: • change vessels, programs, or departure times, • deny service for safety or operational reasons, • suspend or cancel the cruise in case of force majeure, technical malfunction, or threat to health/safety. Force Majeure Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: • a boating accident or collision with another vessel, • mechanical failure or operational malfunction of another vessel or watercraft, • governmental orders, border closures, or bans on mooring or navigation, • removal of explosive devices (e.g., bombs, mines), • extreme weather conditions (e.g., storm, flooding, high winds, or extreme temperatures), • strikes or labor stoppages, • low water levels, • presence of hazardous driftwood or floating obstacles, • quarantine or cordon sanitaire, • epidemic situations or public health restrictions, • disturbances caused by another passenger or third party, • criminal acts or acts of terrorism, • illness of the ship’s crew, • sudden illness or life-threatening condition of a passenger, • military exercises, operations, acts of war or warfare, • mine-related hazards, • construction works involving bridges or waterways, • malfunction of tunnels, locks, or lifting mechanisms, • water ingress into the ship’s hull, • fire onboard, • any other technical malfunction, • any other unavoidable and unforeseeable event beyond the Company’s control. In such cases, the Company will notify the Passenger without delay and offer either a new date or a gift certificate. No further liability or damages may be claimed. XV. CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL The Passenger may withdraw from the booking under the following conditions, based on the time remaining until the scheduled cruise: • More than 7 days before departure: full refund of the ticket price. • Between 48 hours and 7 days: 50% refund. • Less than 48 hours before departure or no-show: no refund. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure or weather, the Company will notify the Passenger, who may choose to: • reschedule the cruise to a new date, or • receive a gift certificate valid for 12 months, transferable and redeemable at any future available date. XVI. TICKET REFUNDS Refund requests must be submitted via the same platform where the original booking was made. Refunds will be processed: • using the same payment method used for the original booking (e.g., bank card, transfer), • in the original currency, • within 10 business days of approval. The Company may request proof of purchase and booking ID before processing the refund. XVII. COMPLAINT HANDLING Passengers may submit complaints in writing no later than 10:00 AM on the day following the cruise. Contact details will be shared once booking is confirmed.
