Charter Guest Policies We’re excited to welcome you aboard Priorities! To make sure your time with us is safe, smooth, and unforgettable, please take a moment to review our charter guidelines. 1. Cancellation & Weather - Cancel [8+] days in advance for a full refund. - If weather makes it unsafe to depart, the captain may reschedule or refund at their discretion. - No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. 2. Capacity & Safety - Passenger limit: [12 guests max] (per U.S. Coast Guard regulations). - All guests must follow crew instructions at all times. - Life jackets are provided and may be required in certain situations. 3. Food & Beverage - You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks, or let us arrange catering. - For safety, please avoid glass containers on deck. - Alcohol is allowed for guests 21+, but excessive drinking is not permitted. 4. Damage & Cleanliness - Please treat the yacht with care. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the charter. - A cleaning fee may apply for spills, stains, or messes beyond normal use. 5.
