This was a great Miami experience thanks to Edwin and William. They first ran us through safety rules and guidelines then asked what we were celebrating to set the mood. They asked us where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see and made suggestions based on the weather. William was excellent with making sure our glasses were filled, music was just right and he was an incredible camera man! We all enjoyed ourselves and would not hesitate to book again. Thank you!

Full refund will be issued if the cancellation is due to the weather condition or mechanic issues before departure. the boats and jet ski are delivered working perfect if it is damaged after delivery is the responsibility of the person and there is no refund of money or deposit. Please give at least 5 days advance notice if you decided to cancel due to personal reasons. Cancelation policy (deposit is refundable 3 weeks before the rental due date) • In Case of unsafe weather conditions like storms, strong winds, heavy rain, severe thunderstorm. • Date is postponable if mentioned 1 week 100% Refund if: 1. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location.
