Special Offer (Monday–Friday) Book 4 hours or more and receive 1 complimentary extra hour on board, subject to availability. Please note: - The free hour applies to the yacht only. - Captain and crew fees for the additional hour are the responsibility of the charterer. What’s Included in the Price - Licensed captain - Fuel (from the pickup dock to a designated bay area and return) - - Longer routes are available for an additional cost - Pick-up and drop-off - Moderate clean-up fee - - If professional cleaning is required, costs will depend on the cleaning company - Cooler - Ice and bottled water - Floating mat - Bluetooth sound system Optional Add-Ons - Jet Ski rental (available at additional cost) - Optional liability insurance: $200 USD Important Insurance Notice Effective August 1st, the United States Coast Guard has made liability insurance optional for boat rentals. This insurance provides full liability coverage, as the contract signatory is responsible for the vessel and crew during the rental period. - Insurance cost: $200 USD - Payment is made after the reservation is confirmed This policy has been implemented to enhance safety and coverage due to recent incidents in local waters. Yacht Features - 2 bedrooms - 1 bathroom - Interior living area - Fully equipped kitchen - Refrigerator and freezer Important: Parties exceeding 13 guests must book an additional vessel in compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations. This was a great Miami experience thanks to Edwin and William. They first ran us through safety rules and guidelines then asked what we were celebrating to set the mood. They asked us where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see and made suggestions based on the weather. William was excellent with making sure our glasses were filled, music was just right and he was an incredible camera man! We all enjoyed ourselves and would not hesitate to book again. Thank you!

Full refund will be issued if the cancellation is due to the weather condition or mechanic issues before departure. the boats and jet ski are delivered working perfect if it is damaged after delivery is the responsibility of the person and there is no refund of money or deposit. Please give at least 5 days advance notice if you decided to cancel due to personal reasons. Cancelation policy (deposit is refundable 3 weeks before the rental due date) -In Case of unsafe weather conditions like storms, strong winds, heavy rain, severe thunderstorm. -Date is postponable if mentioned 1 week 100% Refund if: 1. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. 2. Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. • In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term.
