Cancellation & Booking Policy To ensure a seamless and premium experience for all guests, the following policies apply: Security Deposit A $450 security deposit authorization is required at the time of booking. This is a hold only and will not be charged unless necessary. Charges may apply in the event of: • Damage to the vessel or equipment • Excessive cleaning (including vomit or heavily soiled surfaces) Captain Gratuity A 20% captain gratuity is automatically for all charters Holiday Policy All bookings scheduled on holidays and holiday weekends are final. No cancellations or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances. Weather Policy Your safety is our priority, and decisions are based on actual conditions, not long-range forecasts. Charters will only be canceled due to severe weather conditions, such as heavy rain or lightning Light rain or scattered showers will not qualify for cancellation Weather forecasts beyond 12 hours prior to your scheduled start time will not be considered A determination will be made within the 12-hour window leading up to your charter If cancellation is required due to unsafe conditions, no charges will be applied We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe, high-quality experience for all guests.
