Jet Ski Rental Rules General Rules:  * Age Requirement: All renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license, and boat safety certification ( If born after January 1st, 1989).  * Alcohol and Drugs: Alcohol and drug consumption before or during operation is strictly prohibited.  * Operation: Jet skis must be operated at a safe and responsible speed, following all posted signs and regulations.  * Fuel: Fuel is included in the rental fee, renter is required to return machine with full tank.  * Damage: Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the jet ski or its equipment.  * Loss: Renters are responsible for the full replacement cost of the jet ski or its equipment if lost. Additional Charges:  * Late Return: A fee will be charged for each hour or portion thereof that the jet ski is returned late.  * Fuel Misuse: If the jet ski is returned with less fuel than it was rented with, a refueling fee will be charged.  * Damage or Loss: Any damage or loss caused to the jet ski or its equipment will result in a repair or replacement fee.
