1. Safety First - Follow the Captain’s and Crew’s instructions at all times. - Life jackets must be worn when instructed or during water activities. - No running, jumping, or leaning over railings while underway. 2. Footwear & Attire - Barefoot is preferred onboard (no hard-soled or black-soled shoes to protect decking). - Swimwear is fine, but bring a cover-up when using indoor areas. 3. Smoking, Alcohol & Substances - No Smoking/vaping is allowed onboard. - Excessive alcohol consumption is not tolerated; crew may cut off service if safety is at risk. - Illegal substances are strictly prohibited — zero tolerance, immediate termination of the charter with no refunds. 4. Respect the Vessel - No flushing foreign objects (wipes, paper towels, hygiene products) in marine toilets. Use bins provided. - Avoid spilling food/drinks inside cabins; alert crew immediately if an accident happens. - Use designated coolers/fridges; galley access may be restricted to crew only. 5. Water Toys & Activities - Use jet skis, paddleboards, kayaks, snorkel gear, or inflatables only under crew supervision. - Always wear life vests with water sports equipment. - Return all gear in the condition it was provided. 6. Children & Pets - Children must be supervised by adults at all times; crew are not babysitters. - Pets are not allowed. 7. Noise & Courtesy - Respect noise levels, especially at marinas and after dark. - Be courteous to crew and other guests; disruptive behavior may result in early termination of the charter. 8. Environmental Responsibility - Do not throw trash, plastics, or food scraps overboard. - Use eco-friendly sunscreen to protect marine life. - Follow fishing/diving regulations where applicable. 9. Crew Relations - Treat crew respectfully — they are professionals ensuring your safety and enjoyment. - Gratuity of 15–20% of the charter fee is customary (at guest’s discretion). - The Captain and First Mate are chosen and paid directly by the booking guest at the dock. Guests can choose from a pre-approved list of Captains to be provided upon accepted booking. 10. Emergencies - Familiarize yourself with exits, safety equipment, and muster points. - Report any hazards, injuries, or concerns immediately to the Captain 11. Fees - Guests are responsible fuel used during the charter - There is a $250 cleaning fee - Any damage caused to the vessel by guests will be the responsibility of the guest who booked the charter
