USE OF THE BOAT Guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and treat the boat and its equipment with care. No smoking while the boat is underway. ARRIVAL TIME & NO-SHOW POLICY Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled charter time to allow for loading. All charters begin at the reserved time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show and charged the full reservation amount. Please notify us immediately if you are running late, and we will do our best to accommodate. In the event of an unavoidable delay on our part, charter time will begin once the boat departs the dock. CANCELLATION POLICY Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled charter time. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. WEATHER / RAIN POLICY If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, a Rain Check Credit may be issued for the unused portion of the charter. Weather conditions can vary by location, and rain at your location does not necessarily mean rain at the dock. Guests must arrive on time to avoid being considered a no-show. RESPONSIBILITIES & SECURITY DEPOSIT The renter is responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse. A $500 security deposit will be held for incidentals, including damage or excessive stains to the interior or exterior. If no damage is sustained, the security deposit will be refunded. The captain has final authority regarding safety and itinerary decisions. FUEL POLICY Fuel is not included. The boat will be provided with a full tank and refueled after the charter. Fuel costs will be charged based on actual usage and may be deducted from the security deposit or paid separately.
