We only use our licensed and insured USCG Master Captains and we are a legally approved charter company on Lake Norman. Anyone without a charter boat permit is operating an illegal charter so be sure you aren't putting yourself and others at risk with an un-insured operator without a captains license or a permit! Not sure if your charter is legal?
