Cancellations due to weather or Acts of God (e.g. storms, lightning) are fully refunded or rescheduled based on availability. - Cancellations: You’ll receive a 100% refund if canceled at least 7 days before the rental date. No refunds within 7 days unless weather prevents safe boating. - Late Arrivals: Your rental time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will still be charged for the full time booked. - No-Shows: No-shows are charged the full rental amount—no exceptions.
