Smooth Sailing is a 24 foot pontoon boat that can seat 6 to 7 people including the driver. She comes with Bluetooth stereo system, 2 Bimini Tops if needed. Life jackets are available with a grill on the back if you want to cook a burger or hot dog at your own liability. The boat has a 75 hp outboard engine that has been recently tuned up. It's a cruising vessel but she does have a little perk.

If the weather poses a safety risk (e.g., strong winds, lightning, thunderstorms, heavy rain), cancellations are likely, and refunds or rescheduling are often options. - Right-of-Way: Power-driven vessels generally yield to those restricted in their ability to maneuver (sailboats, fishing vessels). A vessel overtaking another must keep clear. - Grace period: Many companies allow a brief grace period (e.g., 15-30 minutes) before applying late fees. - Full rental fee charged: No-shows often result in the renter being charged the full rental amount, as the boat was reserved and unavailable for other customers. - Deposit forfeiture: If a deposit was paid, it may be forfeited to cover the loss of income from the missed rental. - Review the rental agreement carefully: Each boat rental company will have specific policies regarding late arrivals and no-shows. It is essential to read and understand the rental agreement before making a reservation to be aware of the terms and conditions. - Plan accordingly: Allow ample travel time to arrive at the marina or designated meeting point before your scheduled rental time. - Be courteous and communicate: If you are running late or unable to make your reservation, inform the rental company promptly to potentially avoid or minimize penalties. - Life Jackets: Children under 13 must wear a life jacket when a boat is underway unless they are below deck or in an enclosed cabin. - Boater Education Certificate: Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, needs this certificate to operate a vessel with more than 10 horsepower. - "No Wake" Zones: Boats must operate at "no wake" speed (5 mph or less) within 50 feet of docks, piers, swimmers, etc.
