- No shoes on board - Cancellation by the Guest: • More than 10 days before the trip: Full refund minus administrative fees (if any). • 3–7 days before the trip: 50% refund of total booking value. • Less than 72 hours before the trip or No-Show: No refund will be issued. • In case of bad weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose: • A full refund, or • Reschedule at no extra cost. 3. Early Termination by Guest During Trip: • If the trip is voluntarily ended early by the guest, no partial refund will be issued. - 4. Late Arrivals: • Yacht departure will not be delayed more than 30 minutes from the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time without a refund. 5. Weather Policy: • Light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify for cancellations. • In case of severe weather warnings (e.g., storms or high winds), trips may be postponed or canceled at the captain’s discretion. 6. Changes or Rescheduling: • Guests may request a date change up to 72 hours before the trip. Approval is subject to availability.
