Booking Policies & Guest Guidelines To ensure a seamless luxury experience, please review our essential policies before booking: Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made at least 3 days (72 hours) before departure will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable. Severe weather cancellations (determined solely by the captain) may be rescheduled or refunded in full. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Charters begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Weather Conditions Charters operate rain or shine. Only in the event of dangerous weather, such as high winds or lightning, will the charter be rescheduled or fully refunded. Safety First All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the crew and comply with U.S. Coast Guard regulations. The captain reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund if safety is compromised. Alcohol & Substances Alcohol is allowed for guests 21 and older. Illegal drugs and controlled substances are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in termination of the charter with no refund. Shoes & Smoking A no-shoes policy is in place to protect the yacht’s interior. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, if permitted on the vessel. Guest Capacity Each vessel has a strict guest limit. Children count toward the total guest number. Overcapacity is not allowed and may result in denial of boarding. Food & Chef Service A provisions fee is added so that we can purchase your food. A private chef is available on all charters, with advance notice, to prepare your provisions on board. Damage & Liability Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the charter. A security deposit may be required depending on the vessel selected.
