In the event of bad weather, we will issue refunds if you cancel any time before the boat leaves the dock. No refunds for late or no-show bookings All rules are printed on the boats. It is your responsibility to adhere to them, or you will forfeit your trip with no refund. If your child is under 10 years old, you must supply a fitted life jacket for that child. We have teens and adults covered
