Absolutely amazing experience! We went out to celebrate a friend for her birthday, it was a surprise party, our captain was the absolute best, recorded the arrival for us, helped with the cooking, kept everyone safe the entire time! All in all, 10000% recommend, we had a lot of fun!

Couldn’t ask for a better location to ship out from and a better captain in Nick to give our group of 14 guys a wonderful time. He kept us safe and communicated well about safe practices and how to have the best time. If there’s ever another trip to Austin, I will be contacting them for another boat trip.

Nice big boat with plenty of room for a large party. The slide, lily pad, grill, and other amenities were awesome to use. The captain knew where to take us on our trip which was very helpful since we’re not familiar with Lake Travis. It was a great experience and we would use again.

We came down for a bachelor party and the bad storms the night before through a wrench in their operation, but they still managed to make sure we were able to get out on the water that day. Please read these Terms and Conditions for Booking: 2. Cancellation by you If you decide to cancel the booking for any reason, you must advise us immediately, via GetMyboat messaging platform. Depending on the reason and timing of the cancellation, you may be responsible for the cancellation charges stated below. The date we receive the written notice shall be the effective cancellation date. Cancellation fees are as follows: *Cancellation more than 14 days before the tour date - Full refund. *Less than 14 days before the tour date - Loss of 100% of the total price. All matters may be subject to be sent to a collection agency for the outstanding balance. In the event you expect to have a delay or late arrival before your tour, you must advise us by phone as soon as possible. If you do not advise us in a reasonable time we will consider it a cancellation by you. We will offer you the option to join us at a later time on the same day or on another day within the period booked (depending upon boat availability). We are not liable for any of your boat time lost due to late arrival caused by you and no refund will be given. 3. Cancellation by our company There may be a circumstance where we may have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. Some reasons may be adverse weather, lake conditions, lake closures and/or disruptions, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and predictability. If for any the above circumstances our company has to cancel your tour, we can try to reschedule for another time or day. If this is not an option the deposit and any other service paid for and not used will be refunded to you. No monetary compensations will be made by our company on top of your refund. If canceled after the commencement of your tour (due to the reasons stated above), a refund will be prorated to the amount of time lost after cancellation. During your tour, if at any time the health, safety and/or well being of our company contractors, staff, and/or other customers is in danger or in any way compromised by the direct result of you and/or your guest, our company reserves the right to terminate the booking immediately and as such the contract agreement will be deemed complete. Our company will not be held liable for any agreement, whether written or verbal, which is outside of these terms and conditions of the agreement. Whereas by continuing with your booking the client releases our company from any liability outside the boundaries of our contractual agreement.
