RENTAL TERMS AND POLICIES – Bareboat Charters Weather and Safety Conditions Passenger safety is our top priority. If weather conditions (storms, strong winds, heavy rain) pose a navigational risk, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a free rescheduling on a future available date. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related cancellations. During the trip, the captain has full authority to cancel or return to dock if conditions become unsafe. In such cases, rescheduling will be offered, but no refunds will be provided. Punctuality and No-Show Policy All guests must arrive 20 minutes prior to departure time for check-in and safety briefing. The rental time starts exactly at the scheduled hour. Safety and Navigation Rules • All passengers are required to sign a liability waiver before boarding. • Life jackets are provided and must be worn when instructed. • Maximum capacity: 9 passengers. Do not exceed this limit. • The following are strictly prohibited: • Diving from the bow or stern. • Playing near the engine area. • Standing while the boat is moving. • Passengers must always follow the captain’s instructions. Included Services and Extra Charges Rental price includes: • Fuel • Ice and bottled water • Floating toys • Bluetooth sound system Damages: The renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Alcohol and Onboard Behavior Alcohol is allowed on board, but must be consumed responsibly. The captain may refuse service or end the trip early if a passenger is intoxicated or poses a safety risk. The renter will be held responsible for any injury or damage caused due to intoxication. Renter Requirements and Responsible Use • The renter must be at least 21 years old. • Guests are expected to treat the vessel with respect. Negligent behavior, including avoidable collisions with docks or sandbars, will be penalized. Our mission is to provide a safe, smooth, and memorable day on the water.
