Summary of the RENTAL CONDITIONS CONFIRMATION. The total rent does not include the deposit. Must be paid in CASH to the landlord LIABILITY at the start of the rental period. The tenant does not hold the landlord liable for personal and material damage suffered by the tenant. The tenant does not hold the landlord liable for all claims made by third parties. TERMINATION OF THE LEASE. The landlord reserves the right to take a mandatory SSH course and/or terminate the rental agreement immediately in case of unexpertise with regard to sailing and/or navigating the ship by the tenant, without the landlord being obliged to pay any compensation and/or refund of the rental amount to the tenant. PROVISION. Before the departure, the renter identifies himself with the landlord by means of proof of identity (e.g. passport or driving license). The ship will be provided clean and filled with water, gas and fuel tanks. The tenant is obliged to pay the rent and deposit and cancellation costs due, even if he does not use the vessel or for a shorter period. REFUND. The tenant must refuel the ship from the landlord at the end of the rental period. The tenant will return the ship to its home port in the same condition (subject to wear and tear) as at the start of the rental period in good time before the end of the rental period. Only the Dutch court, or a dispute authority appointed by both parties in the Netherlands, is competent to hear disputes . GENERAL.
