Rent this private and luxurious yacht, our captain can take you on a cruise that can go north towards Santa Monica and Malibu, or south towards Palos Verdes. You can even cruise to Catalina Island for a day or overnight. When you want to charter a yacht and find your oasis, "Oasis" is the perfect choice. To charter your next birthday party or corporate event just message us! Boat and Equipment Status: The owner assures that the boat was inspected thoroughly and the motor is in good condition. Extensions: If the renter wishes to extend, the renter should contact the owner to notify them that the rental. Will be extended. If the owner agrees, then the additional payment will be made after the extended rental period. Payments: The rental amount will be 400$ per hour. The total hours agreed by both parties are at a minimum of four(4) hours Life Jackets: If the person is under 13, it is a must to wear a life jacket while on the boat. If outside the boat (swimming), all individuals should wear a life jacket. If you have any questions, we can answer those through GetMyBoat’s messaging platform before you pay. David was fantastic and the boat was just like the pictures! He was accommodating, friendly and a great captain. He took us to Malibu and it was the best day ever. I highly recommend David and will be using him and his boat again!

Cancellation: Reservation to be canceled if the owner was notified four(4) days before the rental. Term. The reservation fee will be refunded as well. If it is less than four(4) days prior, the reservation fee cannot be refunded even if the rental session was canceled. Damages The renter will be responsible for any damages, issues, or bad conditions done to the boat during the rental period. The repair or replacement fees will be charged on the renter's credit card. Insurance: The owner is responsible for purchasing and maintaining appropriate insurance for the boat. If requested by the renter, the certificate of insurance can be viewed. The renters personal property are not covered in the insurance purchased by the owner against loss, theft, and negligence. Waiver Release: The renter is required to sign a waiver before renting this boat.
