If weather conditions are unsafe (lightning, high winds, or small craft advisories), you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. - Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Late arrivals may reduce your rental time. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your booking are non-refundable. - Safety: All operators must comply with Texas boating laws. Life jackets are provided and must be worn by anyone required under Texas law. A safety briefing is provided before departure. - Age Requirements: Renters must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID. Operators born on or after September 1, 1993, must possess a valid Texas Boater Education Certificate (or an equivalent approved certification) if required by state law. - Boat Rules: No reckless operation, operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, towing unauthorized items, or exceeding the maximum passenger capacity. Renters are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. - Fuel & Cleanliness: Watercraft are provided fueled and ready to ride. Please return them in the same condition they were received. Excessive cleaning or damage fees may apply. We want every rental to be safe, fun, and hassle-free.
