Late arrivals may result in a shortened trip duration without a refund. - No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking. Rescheduling or refunds are not available for no-shows. - Life Jackets: Life jackets are mandatory for all passengers and will be provided. - Health and Fitness: Passengers should ensure they are in good health and physically capable of participating in boating activities. - Capacity Limits: Adhering to the boat's capacity limit is mandatory for safety reasons. Overloading the boat is strictly prohibited. - Personal Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for lost or damaged items - Damage to Property: Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the boat or equipment. Repair costs will be charged to the customer.
