Rental Terms and Conditions: 1. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required before renting the Sea-Doo switch pontoon boat. This deposit will be used to cover any damages, such as scratches, stains, or major damage, incurred during the rental period. 2. Temporary Boater's License: Prior to accessing the boat, all renters must provide proof of a valid temporary boater's license. This ensures that individuals operating the boat are knowledgeable about safety regulations and guidelines. 3. Damages and Liability: The renter assumes full responsibility for any damages caused to the boat during the rental period. In the event of any damage, the security deposit will be used to cover repair costs, up to the maximum amount of the deposit. In the event of any damage, the renter will be obligated to repair or replace the boat in full, compensating for the actual damages incurred. The security deposit will be applied towards this amount, and any remaining costs will be the sole responsibility of the renter. 4. Cleaning Fee: It is expected that the boat will be returned in a clean and tidy condition. If the boat is brought back dirty or messy, a cleaning fee of $100 may be charged to cover the cost of cleaning and restoration. 5. Weather-related Issues: Safety is of utmost importance. In the case of severe weather conditions that may pose a risk to the renter or the boat, the rental may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty. We prioritize the safety and well-being of all our renters. 6. Cancellation and No-shows: For cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled rental start time or in the case of no-shows, the rental fee may be non-refundable. We kindly request that any changes or cancellations be communicated in advance. 7. Waiver of Liability: By renting the boat, the renter acknowledges and accepts that they assume all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the rental period. The renter hereby waives the right to hold the boat owner or rental company responsible or pursue legal action for any such incidents.
