Rental Terms – Sea Ray 280 Departure & Check-In - Departure Location: North Miami Beach, FL (exact address provided after booking). - Check-in: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to board, review safety, and depart on time. - Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time without refund. Captain & Crew - This is a bareboat charter, in full compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations. - A licensed professional captain from our approved crew will operate the vessel. - Captain fee: $60/hour, paid directly at the dock before departure. - Crew gratuity is not included, but 15–20% is customary for great service.  Duration & Overtime - Charters start and end at the booked times. - Extra time may be available depending on the day’s schedule — $200/hour (boat) + $60/hour (captain), payable at the dock. - No extensions if another trip is scheduled right after yours. Payments & Security - All bookings are processed securely through GetMyBoat. - A security deposit may be requested at check-in (depending on the booking type). - No hidden fees — all rates and charges are clearly listed. - Fuel, bottled water, and ice are included in your charter. Cancellation Policy Cancellation Timing/RefundDetails 7+ days before trip 100% refund: Full refund if cancelled with at least 7 days’ notice. 3–6 days before trip 50% refund: Partial refund if cancelled 3–6 days before departure. Less than 72 hours No refund: No refund for cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows. Weather exception: If within 48 hours before departure, the Google Weather forecast shows a probability of rain greater than 80% for the duration of the trip, you may choose to reschedule or cancel with a full refund. Light rain or cloudy weather does not qualify for cancellation unless conditions are unsafe for navigation (captain’s discretion). Guest Rules - Maximum 9 guests onboard (strictly enforced). - No red wine, glass bottles, or smoking inside the cabin. - No shoes onboard (barefoot policy). - No illegal substances or underage drinking. - Guests must follow all captain’s safety instructions at all times. Fuel & Cleaning - Fuel is included for local routes (Haulover Sandbar, Oleta River, Sunny Isles, Millionaire Homes). - Additional fuel charges may apply for extended routes (Miami Beach, Downtown, or Fort Lauderdale). - The yacht is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each trip. Please return it in reasonable condition. Reschedules & Weather - You may reschedule due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues, subject to availability. - If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued according to the above Google Weather policy. - Trips delayed due to weather will be adjusted on a case-by-case basis by the captain. Important Notes - The person booking must be 21+ years old. - The captain has full authority to terminate the trip with no refund if guests behave recklessly or dangerously. - The charter time starts when the vessel leaves the dock and ends when it returns to North Miami Beach.
