Sea-Doo Utopia 205 Jet Boat - Rental Terms & Conditions Requirements • Renter must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and boating license if required by NC law. • Prior boating experience strongly preferred — this is a fast, powerful jet boat. • Insurance coverage must be provided for the duration of the rental. • Renter assumes full responsibility for safe operation and proper storage of the boat. Safety & Operation • No operating the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs. • Follow all NC boating laws and speed limits — no wake zones must be respected. • Maximum capacity is 8 people — do not exceed. • Life jackets must be worn or easily accessible for all passengers (provided). Storage & Docking • Renter is responsible for properly docking or storing the boat at their dock/slip when not in use. • Do not beach the boat on rocky shores or shallow areas that may damage the hull or jet pump. Fuel • The boat will be provided with a full tank of gas. • Renter agrees to refill the tank before returning the boat OR pay for fuel costs as agreed. Deposit & Damages • A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after the boat is returned in the same condition. • Any damage to the boat or equipment will be deducted from the deposit and additional charges may apply. Weather Policy • Rentals may be rescheduled in the event of severe weather or unsafe lake conditions. • No-shows or cancellations due to minor weather will follow the standard cancellation policy. Cancellations • Free cancellation up to [5] days before rental date • Cancellations within [3] days may forfeit deposit or incur a cancellation fee. • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Additional Rules • No smoking on board. • Pets allowed only with prior approval. • Please keep the boat clean and remove all trash before returning.
