1. Weather Cancellations Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., high winds, lightning, storms), we may cancel or reschedule your trip. You will receive a full refund or the option to rebook for a later date. 2. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. - Late arrivals may result in shortened trips. - No-shows without notice will not be refunded. 3. Safety Considerations All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the crew. Life jackets are required for children and available for all passengers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence or behaving dangerously. 4. Boat Rules - No smoking or illegal substances allowed onboard. - Please respect the crew, equipment, and other guests. - All guests have 24 hours to cancel - Captain Surcharge . $50 per Hour Paid at Dock. - Fuel Surcharge . $50 per Tour Paid at Dock
