CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that plans can change. However, due to the limited availability of our charters and high demand during the season, we uphold the following cancellation terms: Cancellations & Refunds All bookings are non-refundable after 14 before scheduled departure. We do not issue refunds for cancellations made by the customer, regardless of the reason. Weather-Related Cancellations In the event of severe weather deemed unsafe by the captain (such as high winds, heavy rain, or storms), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your trip. If we are unable to reschedule, you will receive a full refund. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Guests who arrive late may have their charter time reduced accordingly. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount with no refund issued. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to delivering a safe, smooth, and unforgettable experience on the water.
