Arrival - Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure time. - Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time. Charters cannot be extended due to late arrival unless scheduling permits. - When you arrive at the marina, please contact for directions to the yacht. Capacity - Maximum capacity is 13 guests. - No exceptions will be made beyond the legal passenger limit. Food & Drinks - Guests are welcome to bring food and alcoholic beverages. - Please drink responsibly. Illegal drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited. Safety - The Captain has full authority regarding the safety of all passengers and the vessel. - Guests must follow all instructions from the Captain and crew at all times. - Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in the charter being terminated without a refund. Weather Policy - Charters operate in light rain. - If the Captain determines weather conditions are unsafe, the charter will be rescheduled to the next available date. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related cancellations deemed unsafe by the Captain. Damage - The booking party is responsible for any excessive damage caused by themselves or their guests beyond normal wear and tear. Smoking - Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas approved by the Captain. - Smoking is prohibited inside the cabin. Shoes - Shoes may be required to be removed before boarding to help protect the yacht. Cancellations - Deposits are non-refundable. - Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be approved by management.
