Spend the day discovering crystal-clear bays, swimming spots and hidden corners of the island while enjoying the comfort of a fully equipped sailing yacht with an experienced captain. This private charter is perfect for families, couples or groups of friends who want to experience Malta from the sea. During the cruise we usually sail along the coast and stop in beautiful bays where guests can swim, relax and enjoy the scenery. The itinerary is normally decided on the day of the cruise by the skipper, often together with the guests, depending on the weather, wind and sea conditions in order to choose the best and safest locations. Our skipper knows the area very well and will take you to some of the most beautiful and less crowded spots around the Maltese islands. Possible destinations during a day cruise may include: GOZO / SAN BLAS Discover one of the most secluded beaches in Gozo, difficult to reach by land. Possible stops may also include Ramla Bay, Comino, Armier, Selmun, St. Paul’s Bay and Qawra. COMINO One of the most popular destinations, including the famous Blue Lagoon and Crystal Lagoon with their beautiful caves and turquoise waters. ST. PAUL’S BAY Together with Mellieha Bay this area offers several nice anchorages such as Selmun Beach and Shipwreck Island, with great spots for swimming and relaxing. DELIMARA Located on the southern tip of Malta, this area offers stunning views and sometimes the chance to spot dolphins around the fish farms. Possible stops may include Hofriet and St. Thomas Bay. For shorter trips such as half-day or sunset cruises, the skipper will usually choose destinations closer to the departure marina to maximize the time available for swimming and relaxing. Trip options and schedule: - Full Day Cruise: 10:00 – 18:00 - Half Day Cruise: 10:00 – 14:00 or 14:00 – 18:00 - Sunset Cruise: 18:00 – 22:00 Departure times can be flexible when possible. The boat can host up to 10 guests for day cruises. About the boat The yacht is a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45.2 (13.8 m) designed by Philippe Briand, a comfortable and capable sailing boat ideal for spending a relaxing day at sea. On board you will find: – spacious cockpit and deck areas for relaxing – three cabins and two bathrooms – a large galley with refrigerator – saloon and seating areas – cabin that can be used as a changing room – toilet facilities – basic snorkeling gear and a stand-up paddle board available onboard Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. The boat has a large refrigerator and a fully equipped galley with cutlery and dishware. Food is normally not provided, but in some anchorages restaurants may offer delivery service directly to the boat depending on weather and anchoring conditions.
