Rentals are weather-dependent for safety. In the event of unsafe conditions (heavy rain, high winds, or storms), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund. Light rain does not qualify for cancellation. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking may be subject to a fee, and no-shows will not be refunded. For safety, all renters must follow boating laws and operate the vessel responsibly. A brief safety and operation walkthrough will be provided prior to departure. Life jackets and required safety equipment are included and must be used as needed. The boat must be returned on time and in the same condition. Fuel is not included and will be charged based on usage. Any damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of rules may result in additional charges.
