RENTAL TERMS: - Renter and any operators must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. - Operators born after Dec. 31, 1978 must present a Boating Safety Certificate. - Only individuals listed and approved may operate the boat. - Operate the boat safely and responsibly. - Abide by all boating laws. - Not exceed stated capacity. - No operation under the influence. - All passengers under 13 must wear life jackets. - No operation between sunset and sunrise. - Operate the boat safely and responsibly. - Abide by all boating laws. - Not exceed stated capacity. - No operation under the influence. - All passengers under 13 must wear life jackets. - No operation between sunset and sunrise. -The Renter assumes all risk and responsibility for the safety of all passengers and any damage. -The Renter assumes all risk and responsibility for any damage to other vessels, property or persons. -Renter is responsible for any damage to the boat or equipment. -Renter is responsible for refueling the vessel upon rental completion (Red Gas can in garage to refill boat) -Renter is required to lock boat to dock, and return keys to lockbox in garage. -Owner may terminate the agreement for unsafe operation, violations, or weather conditions. BY CONTINUING WITH THE RENTAL AGREEMENT, THE RENTER AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED.
