All-inclusive Luxury Private Day Charter - Power Catamaran - St Martin/Anguilla

CANCELLATION POLICY Please note that for cancellations, booking fees & bank charges are not refundable.  Refunds are based on time of cancellation:  DAY CHARTER > 14 days prior to charter date: Full amount is refunded  < 14 days prior to charter date: 80% is refunded < 7 days prior to charter: 50% is refunded < 36 hours prior to charter: Full amount charged , no refund ITINERARY CHANGES The itinerary may change due to weather conditions on the day of the charter. Any such changes do not entitle guests to cancellation or a price discount. For charters to Anguilla that are rerouted to a trip around St. Martin, we will either refund the price difference or accept a cancellation. DAMAGE LIABILITY Guests will be held responsible for any onboard damages caused by negligence. Charges for such damages will be applied to the credit card on file. HEALTH AND SAFETY Guests must disclose any medical conditions or physical impairments that may affect their ability to participate in charter activities. Necessary medications should be carried, with their usage and location communicated to the crew. Life jackets and other safety equipment provided must be worn as instructed by the crew when conditions require. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS Pyratz Gourmet Sailing is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and monitor their possessions throughout the charter. SMOKING Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Guests must follow the crew's instructions regarding smoking for the safety and comfort of all onboard. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA CONSENT By participating in the charter, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to be included must inform the crew at the start of the charter. CHILDREN AND MINORS Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of children under the age of 18. SAFETY PROCEDURES Guests must familiarize themselves with the safety procedures outlined by the crew at the beginning of the charter and comply with all instructions during the charter and in case of an emergency LEGAL JURISDICTION Any disputes arising from the charter or these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Saint Martin. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Martin. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK Guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with marine activities, including swimming, snorkeling, and using water toys, and agree to assume all such risks, both foreseeable and unforeseeable. By participating in these activities and using the boat and equipment, guests release Pyratz Gourmet Sailing / BOTZ Marine S.A.S., its owners, and employees from any liabilities arising from personal injury.
