Captain is the only one who can call off a charter due to his concern of a terrible storm or hurricane. A forecast for rain is not a reason why a charter will be cancelled since weather changes constantly. If clients show up late, no time will added to make up for any loss of time. Any damage done to the boat caused by a guest of the boat will be charged to the main charterer.
