21’ Seadoo Switch Limited on Folsom Lake

Please review the following terms carefully before booking your rental: General Use - This boat is permitted for use on Folsom Lake only. - The boat accommodates up to 10 passengers maximum — no exceptions. - Renter must be at least 25 years old with a valid government-issued ID. - A full safety orientation will be provided prior to departure; no boating license required. Start Times, Late Returns & No-Shows - Please arrive 30 minutes early to complete your check-in and orientation. - Late returns will be charged $75 per every 15 minutes past the agreed return time. - No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the full rental amount. Weather Policy - If unsafe weather conditions (high winds, lightning, etc.) prevent boating, you may reschedule your rental at no charge or receive a full refund. - Light rain or overcast skies do not qualify for weather cancellations. Safety Requirements - All passengers must wear life jackets while underway. - No jumping or diving off the boat while the engine is on. - The driver is strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol before or during operation of the boat. - Operation under the influence of drugs or alcohol will result in immediate termination of the rental with no refund and may result in legal consequences. Prohibited Activities - No beaching, or night operation allowed. - No pets, smoking, or glass containers on board. - Renter is financially responsible for any damage to the boat or equipment during the rental period. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned after post-rental inspection, assuming no damage or violations. Gas Your boat will start with a full tank. Please monitor fuel usage. If you run out, your time ends early and no refunds will be issued. After use, you will be sent a request for what you used to replenish the tank.
