Jet Car Rental Policies & Important Information Weather Cancellations: In the case of severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe water conditions), you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Light rain or cloudy conditions do not qualify for cancellations. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking at least 2 days before your scheduled rental for a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 days of the booking will not be refunded. Late & No-Show Policy: Please arrive on time for your booking. Late arrivals may result in reduced rental time. No-shows are non-refundable. ⚠ Safety Considerations: - All renters must follow U.S. Coast Guard safety regulations. - A safety briefing and operational instructions will be provided at the meet-up location before your ride. - Life jackets must be worn at all times while the Jet Car is in operation. - Operator must be at least 18 years old with a valid boater’s ID. Boat Rules: - No reckless driving or dangerous maneuvers. - No alcohol or drug use while operating the Jet Car. - Respect speed limits and no-wake zones at all times. - Read and follow all posted signs in the water. - Constantly scan the water for other boats, swimmers, and potential hazards. - Music must be kept at a reasonable volume to avoid disturbing others. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required. Any damage to the Jet Car will be deducted from the deposit of $1500. - By booking, you agree to all policies.
