⚠️ Rental Terms & Conditions – Skeeter TZX 190 By booking this vessel, the renter agrees to the following terms: 🪪 Requirements: - Renter must be 18 years or older with a valid government-issued ID - Boating experience is strongly recommended 💵 Damage Deposit: - A $650 refundable damage deposit is required prior to rental - Deposit will be returned after inspection if no damage, misuse, or excessive cleaning is required ⛽ Fuel Policy: - Renter is responsible for fuel used during the rental period - Boat will be provided with fuel at start; must be returned at same level or fuel cost will be deducted 🚤 Use of Boat: - This is a fishing-focused vessel — no tubing, wakeboarding, or towing activities allowed - Boat must be operated safely and within manufacturer limits - No reckless operation, racing, or negligent behavior 🎣 Equipment Care: - All onboard equipment (including LiveScope, trolling motor, electronics, and gear) must be handled with care - Any damage to fishing electronics or equipment will be the renter’s responsibility 📍 Location & Transport: - Delivery available to approved lakes upon request - If renter chooses to haul, they assume full responsibility for transport, launching, and loading 🧼 Condition: - Boat must be returned in similar condition as received - Excessive dirt, trash, or fish remains may result in a cleaning fee ⏰ Rental Time: - Rental time includes pickup to return - Late returns may result in additional hourly charges 🌧️ Weather Policy: - In case of unsafe weather, rental may be rescheduled at owner’s discretion - No refunds for weather once rental has started 🚫 Prohibited: - No alcohol or drugs while operating the vessel - No smoking onboard - No operation in restricted or unsafe areas ✔️ Agreement: By booking, renter agrees to all terms listed above and assumes responsibility for safe operation of the vessel.
