🌦️ Weather Policy We aim to provide enjoyable experiences regardless of weather conditions, as long as it's safe. Unfavorable weather does not include overcast skies, slight temperature drops, or light rain. The company reserves the right to cancel any trip if conditions are deemed unsafe or uncomfortable, such as temperatures below 55°F or wind speeds exceeding 25 mph. 💵 Gratuity Policy A minimum auto gratuity of 20% is applied to all rentals, which goes directly to the captain. If you feel the captain did not meet expectations, you're encouraged to provide detailed feedback with us. 🛠️ Damage Policy We pride ourselves on keeping our fleet in top-notch condition so every guest can enjoy a safe and clean experience. By booking with us, you agree to the following: 💥 Responsibility for Damages The booking party is responsible for any damage to the boat, equipment, or accessories caused during the rental. This includes but is not limited to upholstery damage, spills requiring deep cleaning, or misuse of equipment. 💳 Damage Fees If any damage occurs, you may be charged up to $1,000 to cover repair or replacement costs. A detailed invoice will be provided, and charges will be billed to the payment method on file. 🚫 Negligence or Recklessness In cases of gross negligence, reckless behavior, or violation of safety guidelines, Boat Bros reserves the right to charge for the full cost of repairs or replacement, even if it exceeds the standard $1,000 cap. 📸 Pre/Post Trip Inspections Your captain will conduct a quick inspection before and after each trip. Any new damage will be documented and discussed on-site whenever possible.
