If late, there will be no refunds provided A renters policy is included with the cost of the rental and can not be waived under any circumstance You agree that you understand all rules and regulations for the lake where you are riding and will adhere to those rules and regulations at all times You agree that you are a competent rider and have experience riding high performance personal water craft Every rider shall wear a USCG compliant Personal Floatation Device (lifejacket) at all times while riding If towing, you agree that you will follow all rules and regulations and have experience safely towing on a personal watercraft You agree to and are compliant with all federal, state and local laws affecting watercraft rules and regulations Any driver of the vessel agrees not to consume alcohol or drugs while in possession of and operating this vessel. 0.0% BAC must be maintained at all times If the vessel does not operate properly, malfunctions or breaks down a full refund will be provided You understand that the vessel is GPS locatable and trackable at all times and owner may, at their discretion, locate vessel at any time which will provide renters personal location as well Renter understands they are responsible for any damage they may cause to the vessel not covered by renters insurance, fines levied by local authorities on the water, impoundment and any other expenses related to violating laws on the water and irresponsible use. Any fines, impoundment fees, and repairs paid by owner of the vessel shall recoup all money for these fees from the renter, plus owners time and loss of revenue.
