⏱ Rental Periods: - Full-Day Rental: Up to 8 hours - Multi-Day Rentals: Must be agreed upon in advance Late returns may be subject to a fee of $25 per hour. 📍 Usage Rules: - Paddle board is for use only on Big Bear Lake - Life vest must be worn at all times while on the water - Do not exceed weight limit of 275 lbs 👤 Eligibility: - Must be 18+ years old with a valid government-issued ID - Renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period - A signed waiver and damage liability agreement are required before pickup or delivery 💰 Security & Damage Policy: - A refundable security deposit of $350 may be required - Renter is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the paddle board or included gear - Equipment must be returned clean and dry, or a $20 cleaning fee will apply 🌦 Weather & Cancellations: - If unsafe weather conditions occur (e.g., lightning, high winds), renter may reschedule or cancel for a full refund - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before rental start time may be non-refundable 🚚 Pickup & Delivery: - Free pickup or delivery Big Bear public boat launch By booking this rental, you agree to all terms listed above.
