Luxury Tri-Toon for up to 12 guests

Rental Terms & Policies: - Rental Duration: Single-day use only. Rental hours are from 10am to 7pm. Late returns may incur an additional fee. - Cancellations & Weather: Cancellations due to inclement weather are non-refundable . No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. - Captain: Renter must have boating experience and a valid boating license (if required by state law- all renters must be 25 years or older.) - Capacity: Maximum of 12 guests. No exceptions due to safety regulations. - Fuel Policy: Boat is provided with a full tank. Renter is responsible for refueling or paying a flat refueling fee upon return. - Safety: Life jackets are provided and must be worn by all passengers under 13 years old. No reckless behavior, intoxicated driving, or unsafe conduct will be tolerated. - Cleanliness & Damage: Please return the boat in the condition it was provided. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply. - Prohibited Items: No smoking or vaping, glass containers, or pets without prior approval. - Late Return Policy: $100 charge per hour past the agreed return time. Over 3 hours late will incur a full day rental charge. - Renter assumes full responsibility for all damages to the boat and its equipment during the rental period, regardless of fault. This includes but not limited to- propeller damage, upholstery stains or tears, electronic malfunctions, or towing expenses. - Renter agrees to pay the full cost of any repair to replacement that exceeds the $1000 security deposit.
