This trip is ideally suited for the adventurer requiring lots of paddling. Impressive views of the state’s tallest mountains towering over 14,000 ft above sea level silhouetted against a Colorado blue sky. There are seven distinct rapids most notably number 4 and number 5 but pay close attention as there are many fractions within each whole numbered rapids! This is a physically challenging section so we recommend previous experience. A delicious riverside lunch is served.
