We Had a great time on the boat. The boat looked exactly how it looks on the pictures. Captain was very kind.

Listing and photos are accurate. The boat was clean, the captains were friendly (Spanish speaking only), everything was on time, and they were flexible. We had a hard time locating the pickup spot, but our driver was able to call the office and figure it out. We asked if we could do some fishing off the boat and the company was able to provide rods, reels, and bate. Unfortunately, the fish weren’t biting. We then hung out at a sandbar for a while before driving around mangroves and heading for a late lunch. One important note that I hadn’t realize when booking is that the boat doesn’t go into the ocean (just around the mangrove areas) Looking back at the listing, I realize that was a misunderstanding on my part (& I bet the waves were too big anyways). All in all, I would recommend!

Important reservation policies All reservations are subject to safe weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather that may compromise safety (strong waves, electrical storms), the trip may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Failure to arrive at the scheduled time (“no-show”) or delays exceeding 30 minutes may result in the loss of the reservation without refund. For safety reasons, all passengers must follow the captain’s instructions and comply with all boat rules at all times. Risky behavior, excessive alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are not permitted on board. Passenger safety during navigation, as well as while swimming or participating in water activities, is the responsibility of each passenger. Life jackets must be worn when instructed by the captain. Minors must be under the direct and continuous supervision of a responsible adult throughout the trip, including while on board, swimming, or entering and exiting the water. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the boat, its equipment, or accessories during the rental period. Failure to comply with these policies may result in early termination of the trip without refund.
