Free cancellations up to 48 hours before the booking start date. Cancelations, one day prior to start date will result in 50% refundable. Cancelations the day of charter will result in 100% forfeit of deposit. Please note: The fuel utilized will be deducted from the security deposit or the customer can pay for the fuel at the end of the tour. Cancellations due to inclement weather will have option to reschedule or full refunded. No smoking of any kind nor any use of illegal substance on board. Disorderly conduct or behavior will result in immediate termination of tour and forfeit the cost of the charter.
