This is a family owned company focused in creating an experience were you´ll be able to relax, enjoy a great on-board service and learn or practice this sport in the southern pacific ocean. Our crew is very professional and welcoming. You´ll have wonderful experience with us and please feel free to ask about any special requirements you can think of. We´ll work for you to have a great stay with us! Rental terms: Cancellations. 10 or more days' notice: 80% refund of the total amount paid. Less than 10 days' notice: 50% refund of the total amount paid. Less than 5 days' notice: no refund. Modifications and rescheduling. One complimentary rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability. No-show: If the participant fails to appear on the day of the activity, the experience will be considered fulfilled, and no refund or rescheduling will apply. Weather conditions and safety. The excursion is subject to weather and sea conditions that ensure participant safety. In the event of adverse weather conditions preventing the excursion from taking place—with 5 days' notice or less—priority rescheduling of the experience will be offered. If the client is unable to reschedule: 80% refund.
