*Fuel not included* - All other expenses are included. Home port is Key West. Returned at same level, or if not payment will be settled after charter commences. Documentation of proof of fuel expense and use will be provided promptly at any request. Payment will be paid via Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo or alike; or taken out of deposit if funds available. Deposit will be returned back to you, unless there was damage or fuel not paid. We abide by USCG and Bareboat charter policies: our legal capacity is no more than 13 passengers on board, excluding crew members. Captain/Crew, if you elect the ones we provide, are paid by you, but $100 per booked hour is included in pricing. We must allow you to hire your own captain if you so elect, but if you do so, this is at your own expense and must follow under experience guidlines. If at any time you want to discharge captain/crew, you can at anytime. Because of food and beverage laws, we are unable to provide any, but alcohol, food, and drinks are permitted on board at your own risk/liability.
