ABOUT THE BOAT The ROTO 450s is a fast and extremely stable boat, engineered for multi-purpose use. Thanks to its innovative shape and unique three-layer rotational molding construction, this one-piece design offers exceptional strength with minimal weight. Built for both durability and performance, it boasts high load capacity and strong resistance to impact while maintaining easy handling and maneuverability. Manufactured in Slovenia by ROTO—Europe's leading rotomolding company—the ROTO 450s reflects a commitment to continuous innovation and cutting-edge materials developed in collaboration with universities and research institutions. WHAT'S INCLUDED The boat includes a rear bench for fuel tank and equipment storage, a front bench with storage space, a steering bridge with windscreen and steering wheel rim, a stainless steel railing, a stainless steel plate in the engine mounting area, and a waterproof plywood panel in the engine mounting area. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED Tips are not included, but are always appreciated. Additional optional equipment is available, including upholstery, a stainless steel A-arch with navigation light, and a cushioned backrest. 📜 BOAT RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please read the following rental conditions carefully: --- ⛵ 1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit (agreed amount). The remaining amount must be paid before the start of the rental, in cash or by card (if available). Guests must present a valid ID/passport and boating license (Category B) unless the rental includes a skipper. - 🌧️ 2. CANCELLATION & WEATHER CONDITIONS In case of bad weather conditions (strong winds, rain, unfavorable forecast), the rental can be rescheduled or canceled free of charge, with a full deposit refund. Guests may cancel up to 48 hours before the rental time for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in the loss of deposit. --- 🕒 3. LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. A delay of more than 30 minutes without prior notice may be considered a no-show with no refund. In case of late arrival, the rental time will not be extended. --- ⚓ 4. SAFETY & LIABILITY Guests use the boat at their own risk. Prior to departure, guests will receive instructions on boat operation and safety equipment. The renter is responsible for any damage caused by negligence or improper handling of the boat. Children must wear life jackets during the rental. --- 🚤 5. BOAT USAGE The boat is handed over fully functional and with a full tank of fuel. Fuel is not included in the rental price – the guest covers fuel costs. It is strictly prohibited to: – operate the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs – tow other boats or equipment without prior agreement – exceed the maximum number of passengers --- 🧼 6. RETURNING THE BOAT The boat must be returned in the same condition and by the agreed time. Late returns may incur additional hourly charges.
