This private experience is perfect for creating unforgettable memories with friends and family. ABOUT THE BOAT This classic gozzo boat combines comfort with authentic Italian charm. It features spacious sunbathing areas designed for ultimate relaxation, along with a convenient sunshade to keep you cool during the hottest parts of the day. A small cabin is available for guests to change clothes and safely store personal belongings. The boat comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests plus the skipper. WHAT'S INCLUDED The experience includes a private boat with a professional skipper, one bottle of sparkling wine to enjoy on board, comfortable cushions and towels, fuel, and use of snorkeling equipment including masks, fins, and pool noodles. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED Costs for any transfers to or from the shore are not included. Meals ashore, such as lunch or dinner, are also at the guest’s expense. Tips are not included but are always appreciated.

OwnerMy name is Alex Azzini, I'm 49 years old, and I live in Liguria. From a young age, I developed a deep passion for the sea, thanks to my father who owned a fishing boat. We spent countless days out on the water, which sparked my lifelong love for boating and amateur fishing. I've been navigating for many years—first as a crew member on my family’s boat and later as a captain. I’ve held a boating license for the past five years and have gained solid experience operating motorboats, always prioritizing safety, crew management, and coastal navigation along the Ligurian Sea. I have a particular preference for motorboats, which are perfect for sport fishing and exploring the coastline with flexibility. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to captain both rented boats and vessels owned by friends and acquaintances. CONTRACT CLAUSES: - The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a €100 deposit. - In the event of cancellation by the lessee, the €100 deposit will be retained. - In the event of cancellation by the lessor, due to force majeure or unforeseen/personal reasons (e.g., health issues), the lessor will notify the lessee immediately and propose an alternative, where possible, that does not alter the lessee’s transportation plans. Alternatively, the lessee may request a full refund without any penalty. - The cruise program may be altered at the skipper’s discretion based on weather or other navigation/mooring needs. The lessor is not liable for changes, delays, or disruptions made for safety reasons. - If the planned ports are not accessible due to uncontrollable factors (e.g., weather), the skipper may choose alternative ports. No damages or compensation can be claimed. - The lessor guarantees the vessel will be clean, in good condition, and compliant with all regulations and safety equipment. - In the event of unexpected malfunctions, the lessor will minimize repair time. - The lessor has valid insurance coverage. - Guests board fully aware of the risks associated with boat cruising. In case of injury not due to skipper negligence, no compensation is due. Personal accident insurance is recommended. - Guests must inform the skipper before boarding of any health issues, allergies, or special needs. - Non-swimmers or guests with limitations must inform the skipper and comply with safety measures. - Guests acknowledge they are informed of cruise conditions, vessel type, onboard spaces, and number of participants. - The skipper may disembark any guest whose behavior is inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe. - Luggage must be minimal, in soft, foldable bags to allow proper stowage. - Each guest is responsible for their personal belongings and any damage caused by negligence or failure to follow skipper instructions. - Anything not covered in this contract refers to applicable Italian law. - All disputes will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Genoa, ITALY. - Privacy: All data provided will be handled according to Italian privacy law (Legislative Decree 193/2003) for contractual and accounting purposes.
