Charter Policies & Important Information Weather Policy Safety is always our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, storms or official marine advisories, the captain may cancel or reschedule the charter. Weather-related cancellations are determined on the day of the charter based on marine forecasts, not rain alone. If deemed unsafe, clients may reschedule based on availability or receive a refund of payments made. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy Charter time begins at the scheduled booking time. Late arrivals will not extend the charter unless availability allows and additional fees are paid. No-shows or cancellations made within the cancellation window are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made outside the agreed cancellation window may receive a refund minus any administrative fees. Cancellations made within the specified timeframe prior to departure are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Deposit & Payment Terms A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to departure. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the charter. Safety Requirements The captain has full authority at all times regarding safety decisions, route adjustments and passenger conduct. All guests must follow crew instructions. Excessive intoxication, unsafe behavior or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund. Guest Capacity Maximum capacity is strictly enforced in accordance with Coast Guard regulations. No additional guests may board beyond the confirmed guest count. Boat Rules • No illegal substances • Shoes may be removed to protect decking • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during the charter Damage & Cleaning Clients are financially responsible for excessive cleaning fees or damages beyond normal wear and tear.
