Weather Policy Your safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, the captain may delay, reschedule, or cancel the trip. • If we cancel due to weather: Guests receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. • Light rain or mild weather: Charters typically still operate. Cancellation Policy • Guests may cancel up to 48 hours before the trip for a full refund. • Cancellations made within 48 hours (or no-shows) are non-refundable. • Rescheduling requests depend on availability. Late Arrival Policy • Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. • Late arrivals will shorten your trip time to avoid impacting other bookings. • Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be considered a no-show. Safety Guidelines • All guests must follow captain and crew instructions at all times. • Life jackets are provided for all passengers, including children. • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. • The captain reserves the right to end a trip early if safety rules are not followed. Boat Rules • No smoking or vaping onboard unless otherwise approved. • No glass containers. • Alcohol is allowed in moderation; disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. • Shoes with non-marking soles are recommended. • Please respect the boat’s equipment and keep the vessel clean.
