Access to the vessel may be no more than 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time on your paperwork. In the event you need additional setup time prior to passenger boarding and departure,  arrangements must be made in advance. Additional fees apply. Any cancellation or no show within 36 hours of a scheduled event, regardless of a reason other than listed below on weather preventing charter, will result in the complete balance due, being due and payable that day. In the event that the charter is ended prematurely by guest request, the balance of the charter is due in full, payable at that time. Reschedules are based on weather preventing charter: Heavy Rain, Gale Force Winds. Reschedules are made no earlier than 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time and are the Captain's decision. Any cancellation, reschedule, or change of time by guest request, will carry a 10% fee or loss of deposit based on the cancellation policies enclosed. Any Reschedule by guest request within 7 days of scheduled charter start time will result in a 50% reschedule fee. Major Holiday Bookings: Memorial Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years: All Bookings are final and do not qualify for any reschedule, or cancellation. In the event of any non use, the full balance will be due and payable. Any request for changes must receive a response on e-mail from our office confirming your requested changes. Without receiving an e-mail response of a requested change, you will be responsible for a balance due on any no-shows, or last-minute notifications. All requested schedule changes are subject to the regular cancellation terms enclosed. Cancellation Policy (Bookings Within 7 Days) - If your booking is made within 7 days of the scheduled date, the reservation is considered final and non-refundable. - Rescheduling within this 7-day window is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee. - In the event of unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule your booking at no additional cost. Cancellation Policy when booked less than 20 days in advance: 14 Days prior to charter date-100% refund, 7-13 days prior to charter date-75% refund. 3-6 days prior to charter date-50% refund-Less than 3 days, prior to charter date—loss of deposit. Any loss of deposit may be used on another booking of the same or greater value, scheduled within 60 days of the original charter date.
