The boat features: - A solid and proven Italian-built Grand Soleil design (43 ft) - Two comfortable guest cabins: a spacious forward “owner’s cabin” and one aft double cabin - Shared head/shower facilities and cozy saloon - All meals, snacks, and beverages included - Snorkeling gear, paddleboard, and dinghy for exploring ashore - Professional skipper/crew (accommodated in a separate cabin) This isn’t a luxury yacht charter — it’s a real sailing experience, combining comfort and authenticity. (For the 43ft Grand Soleil – Saint-Martin departures) Charter Format The charter is a private, crewed experience aboard a 43ft Grand Soleil sailboat. Available options: - Day charter (approx. 6–8 hours) - 2–4 day all-inclusive cruise (includes meals, beverages, and accommodations). - The crew occupies one cabin; two guest cabins are available (one forward “owner’s cabin” and one aft double). 2. Rates & Inclusions - Rates include: skipper/crew, fuel, meals, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, snorkeling equipment, and port/marine fees within Saint-Martin. - Optional add-ons (subject to itinerary): alcoholic beverages, restaurant stops, and marina fees at other islands (e.g. St-Barth). - Final pricing and itinerary confirmation will be made before departure. 3. Booking & Payment - Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure the reservation. - Payments are managed through the GetMyBoat platform for security. 4. Cancellation Policy Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before departure. 50% refund if cancelled 7–14 days before departure. No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before departure, except in cases of: - Unsafe weather conditions determined by the skipper - Mechanical failure or other issues preventing departure In such cases, an alternative date or full refund will be offered. 5. Weather & Safety - Safety is the skipper’s top priority. Itineraries may change based on weather, sea state, or local regulations. - Guests must follow crew instructions at all times while on board. - All guests must declare any medical conditions or mobility issues prior to departure. 6. Guest Responsibilities - Guests agree to treat the vessel and equipment with care. - Smoking is permitted only on deck and with respect to others. - No illegal substances or weapons are permitted on board. - Children under 12 must wear life jackets while on deck. 7. Itinerary - Typical day charters include stops for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxation around Saint-Martin. - Multi-day cruises may include overnight anchorages around Anguilla or St-Barthélemy (subject to customs and weather). - All itineraries are flexible and confirmed jointly with guests before departure. 8. Liability - The skipper is responsible for navigation and safety. - Guests are responsible for their own behavior and personal belongings. - Participation is at guests’ own risk; the skipper and owner are not liable for personal injury or loss unless caused by negligence. 9. Customs & Immigration (for St-Barth or Anguilla) - Valid passports are required for all passengers. - Customs and port fees for inter-island entries are not included and paid directly by guests if applicable. 10. Final Agreement By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms, and that all guests will comply with safety and conduct guidelines set by the skipper.
