With great beginnings from the Freediver course , the next step is to perfect your Frenzel equalization and freefall your way to spectacular depths in style and with ease. At FreediveHQ we have the key to teaching expert Frenzel EQ and know the skill of combining this with amazing static apnea training resulting in relaxed, unforgettable freefall experiences. During your Advanced freediving course you will experience 2 pool sessions and a minimum of 4 open water freediving sessions, freediving to a maximum depth of 30 metres. The Master Freediver takes the 4 core elements of freediving and refines them to suit your personal style: conserve oxygen, advanced equalization, flexibility, safety. All freedivers are individual, and as we learn new skills we have very different personal journeys, so we how tailor the program to your needs. The Master Freediver Course will challenge everybody differently. We have mastered how to teach FRC freediving and Mouthfill EQ to each individual, the key to deep freediving success. During your Master freediving course you will experience 2 pool sessions and a minimum of 6 open water freediving sessions, freediving to a maximum depth of 40 metres. He will share all of his training methods with you, in and out of the water… even going to the gym with you to show you some routines for freediving. You will get an individual training program to help you reach your objectives and will be taken care of the whole week.
